Return Policy

It is important to Brewbay that you are entirely satisfied with your new purchase. We, therefore, have made returns possible provided that the following Terms and Conditions are met.

It is important to keep in mind that most of the products sold on the Brewbay.co.za platform are not owned, distributed, represented or traded by Brewbay. Brewbay.co.za is an online, multi-vendor ecommerce platform which enables third party seller (referred to as “Vendors”) to offer their products for sale. Brewbay does not act as a distributor, agent or reseller for the Vendor or of the Vendor’s products.

Brewbay is in no way responsible or accountable for any product, product warranty, product quality or service offered by any Vendor.

The Vendor is solely responsible for the support of the products they sell or services they offer. Therefore, the Vendor is also directly responsible for providing the warrantees for the products they distribute through the Brewbay.co.za platform.

Brewbay has provided the Vendor’s with the option to facilitate the product return process and each Vendor will apply the options based on their individual return policies. However, Brewbay has agreed with all Vendors that returns logged for the following reasons, and within seven days of delivery, must be accepted:

If the product is

  1. damaged,
  2. defective,
  3. has missing parts,
  4. expired,
  5. misrepresented, or
  6. not what you ordered

Any other reason for return is left to Vendor’s discretion.

Returns via the Brewbay.co.za platform

In order for Brewbay to facilitate the return, the return must be logged on the Brewbay.co.za platform.

To initiate a Return and Warranty request, referred to as an “RMA ticket”,  a ticket must be logged on the RMA Request form, found on the My Account section of Brewbay.co.za.

When completing the RMA request form, you will be given the opportunity to select if you wish to receive a replacement product, refund or store credit.

Once your RMA ticket is approved, a courier will collect the unopened and undamaged product from you at no charge.

Please take note that Brewbay is entitled to inspect the returned product to validate your claim.

Only after the Vendor received the returned product, and the validity of the request reviewed, will the replacement product be couriered or the refund processed.

Preparing your product for a return

To ensure your return is handled smoothly and efficiently, please adhere to the requirements of the courier company; ensuring that you product is packaged safely and securely for protection during transit, clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel and ensure all accessories and parts that were sold with the product is included in the package.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of, or result in the decline of your request.
