Do I have to register on Brewbay before I may purchase from the website?
No, you don’t have to register to buy from the website, but registering means faster checkout and quick reference to previous transactions.
What payment options do you offer?
PayFast: Credit and debit cards accepted, as well as instant EFT through the following major banks enables you to make instant EFT payments that clear immediately: FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank and Investec.
Zapper: Mobile payment platform. Scan the given QR code to complete the transaction.
Does Brewbay offer product support or guarantees?
No, the products and services are sold directly by the vendor. Brewbay is only providing the online portal and courier services for all products and services sold on the platform.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Yes. Brewbay will accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:
- The product is:
- faulty
- damaged,
- defective,
- has missing parts,
- expired by the time of delivery,
- misrepresented on Brewbay.co.za, or
- not what you ordered
- The return is logged on Brewbay.co.za within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

How long does your deliveries take?
Order should be delivered within five (5) business days.
Products are shipped by the various vendors who sell their products through the Brewbay.co.za platform.
The size and content of the shipment may impact the delivery duration.
What is Brewbay?
Brewbay is an aggregator of all sorts of brewing and distilling products and service. This means that Brewbay is not selling any of the products or services directly, but it is facilitating the sale and distribution of products and services.
It is important to remember that the vendor listed with the product is the actual seller and provider of the product and/or service.
Can anyone sell on Brewbay?
Anyone can sell goods or service through Brewbay.
It is critical that you ensure you have the correct number of items available that you are selling through the portal.
Can I sell secondhand goods on Brewbay?
No, Bewbay is only for new, unused and manufactured items.
How to you register as a Brewbay vendor?
The process to register as a Brewbay vendor is actually very easy.
- Complete the Vendor Registration form and ensure you provide your contact information correctly.
- Brewbay will contact you and provide you with the copies of the agreements.
- After you have signed the agreements, your account will be activated.
- You can build your Shop page, and
- start adding your products on the Brewbay vendor site.

Is there a cost for selling on the Brewbay website?
There is no registration, annual or monthly fees to sell through Bewbay.
Brewbay charges a 12% commission on all transactions facilitated through the online platform.
If I sell a product through your site, how do I get my money?
Brewbay will facilitate the online transaction and arrange the courier of the product to the customer.
After the order has been fulfilled, the fees due to you will be added to your account balance.
You can withdraw your money at anytime from the Vendor Dashboard. A minimum of R100 can be withdrawn at a time.
What courier services do you make use of?
We use the services of uAfrica, which may subcontract to any of the following courier services: The Courier Guy, Courier IT and Dawn Wing
Does Brewbay offer product support or guarantees?
No, the products and services is offered by the vendor. Brewbay is only providing the online portal and courier services for all products and services sold on the platform.
What happens if an item was sold through Brewbay and I do not have enough in stock?
A Vendor Dashboard has the capability to cancel an order and refund the user for items that cannot be fulfilled.
Whenever an item cannot be fulfilled, Brewbay will get a notice of the cancellation of the transaction. If a vendor is found to repeatedly cancel orders, their account will be terminated.
Do I need a liquor license if I want to sell alcohol on Brewbay.co.za?
Yes, Brewbay.co.za is an online marketplace only and does not sell, resell, distribute or manufacture any alcohol.
I do not have a liquor license may I sell alcohol on Brewbay.co.za?
Absolutely not.
Brewbay applies very strict rules to ensure all vendors are legal, sell legal products and operate within the limits of the law. Absolutely no illegal activities, services or products will be tolerated on Brewbay.co.za.
If you do not have a liquor license or have applied but have not received your liquor license yet, Brewbay may be able to recommend a licensed liquor manufacturer that may be able assist. Please contact us for recommendations.
